About Mike Brunt

Mike has been working since 2001 on all things Java server-side.  This includes, troubleshooting, tuning and infrastructure design, engineering and migration.  Starting with the 1.3 Sun JVM and through every version to the 1.8 version (Java 8).  Mike started in technology back in the early 1980's, prior to the release of the IBM PC, in those days there were many flavours of computer including BBC, Dragon, Sinclair Tandy etc.  Over the intervening years Mike has worked on IT projects for organizations such as British Leyland, Saab-Scania, Adobe, eBay, Discovery, the FAA, NASA, Earnst and Young, Random House and many more.
